For questions AFTER you purchase a plan or to file a claim – sign into the Mulberry Dashboard (you can follow the link in the original email they will be sending you). Mulberry handles all claims processing and questions extremely fast. 


ANY claims for Mulberry coverage will be filed with Mulberry via the Mulberry Dashboard. 

Mulberry Coverage and Claims Process

Here's what you need to know to file a claim for Mulberry coverage:

  • Mulberry claims must be filed through the Mulberry Dashboard.
  • Once you purchase a Mulberry plan, you'll receive a registration link via email to create an account and manage your plan.
  • This dashboard allows you to update contact information, view plan status, and file claims.
  • For any claims against defects within the first year, Ash & Ember will handle them.
  • Simply fill out the online claim form to initiate the process.
