Same Day Shipping*
Orders placed on our website before 11:00 AM CST, Monday through Friday, qualify for same-day shipping on in-stock parcel items. Freight orders are excluded, as freight pickups must be scheduled with carriers.
Shortly after your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please note that some carriers may take 24–48 hours to update tracking after pickup.
*While we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, same-day shipping cannot be guaranteed. During peak periods—such as Christmas, New Year’s Eve/Day, Thanksgiving Week, and Cyber Monday—slight delays may occur.

Standard Shipping

Orders shipping Ground (under 150 lbs) generally arrive within 7-10 business days.

Orders shipping Freight (over 150 lbs) generally arrive within 10-12 business days and require an appointment for residential delivery.
Expedited Shipping

Orders shipping Ground (under 150 lbs) generally arrive within 5-7 business days.

Orders shipping Freight (over 150 lbs) generally arrive within 7–10 business days and will be a curbside delivery.
Additional Shipping Details

Ground Shipping: Most items ship via common carriers such as UPS or FedEx. Smaller parcels may ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Freight Shipping: All freight deliveries are curbside only. Most carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment and require a signature, except FedEx Freight Direct, which does not call ahead or require a signature. Delivery photos are provided for reference.

Order Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

Damaged or Missing Items: Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted after 30 days may not be honored.
